Our Mission
The Monash Medical Technology Lab (MMTL) is a research & industry lab
that aims to help build the future of medicine and empower others to do so. We have three main pillars of work: 1) make it easier for clinicians to innovate,
2) build the next generation of medical technology leaders, and 3) contribute to fundamental advances in emerging medical technologies.
Our clinical innovation efforts are grounded in the world-renowned
Stanford Biodesign
methodology and many of our professional initiatives are with MIME.
Most of our student education efforts are with MNHS for
medical students and MYMI for engineering students.
Most of our current research projects are focused on medical AI
foundation models & the innovation ecosystem.
Our Team
We are a tight-knit and high-curiosity interdisciplinary team with world-class experience in the medical technology field. We are always looking for talented collaborators and team members to join our team.
